Ready to understand what’s driving your constant thoughts about food, so you can get out of the all-or-nothing cycles and get your brain space back for the life you actually want?
This masterclass is 100% free!
You’re in control of every other part of your life, except when it comes to food. And that’s why it’s so maddening.
You’re so done with food hijacking your entire life.
- You wake up already thinking about food.
- You’re planning your next meal while you’re still eating this one.
- The thought of food never fully goes away, even right after a full meal.
- You’re only halfway listening to your friends because thoughts of food are eating away at you (no pun intended).
- You do great in public only to unravel when you’re alone, eating in a way you’d never want others to see.
- You find yourself emotionally eating (maybe even binge eating) in response to these neverending thoughts of food.
- You don’t trust yourself around sweets and have no idea how others are able to coexist with them so easily.
- You’ve tried every diet known to man. You’ve done therapy, hired a nutritionist, even tried intuitive eating but you’re still obsessing over food.
- You’re scared of looking back on your life and realizing how you felt about food and your body took 95% of your life away.
I’ll show you what may be driving these constant food thoughts, why the same cycles keep happening, and how to approach them in a completely new way so you can start quieting the food noise and get your brain space back.
Imagine if food wasn’t in charge of your life anymore
- Looking at food and having normal thoughts about it instead of only seeing numbers.
- Eating peacefully and being present in social situations without internally spiraling.
- Enjoying treats without fear of losing control.
- No secrecy. No shame. No starting over on Monday.
- Space in your brain for work, relationships, and hobbies (what are those!?) again.
This is what happens when the constant food thoughts finally quiet.
Why Doesn’t Willpower Work?
If willpower worked, this would be over by now.
✖️ This isn’t a discipline problem (you’re extremely disciplined in other areas of life)
✖️ This isn’t a lack of knowledge (you know what the right thing is to do… you just don’t do it)
✖️ This isn’t because something is wrong with you or you are addicted to food
Constant food thoughts and out-of-control eating don’t come from poor willpower or from having carbs in the house. They come from the way your brain learned to treat food. To cope, soothe, hyperfixate about, and seek relief.
That’s what this training addresses.
Look Inside Your First Step to a Normal Relationship with Food:
What we’ll address in this masterclass:
The three P’s of where food noise comes from
The common mistakes we make which only worsen the noise
The exit plan to right the wrongs and quiet food noise for good
I’m not interested in teaching you how to white-knuckle through thoughts of food. Nor will I slap you with a calorie count and the “perfect” macro split (there isn’t one, anyway).
I’m also not going to fix your entire relationship with food and your body in one masterclass.
Rather, I’ll be showing you the same ‘deeper layer’ work we build on inside Nourished & Free®. If this clicks for you, you’ll have a clear next step for if/when you want that hands-on support.
Hi, I’m Michelle. A Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with a background in health psychology.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women who were smart, capable, and had it all together… yet were exhausted from fighting food. I’ve been there, and I know it completely sucks.
This might surprise you, but the work I do as a food noise dietitian (plus I help with binge eating and emotional overeating) doesn’t involve helping you get more ‘control’ around food or giving you a meal plan. That only fuels the exhaustion (and overeating cycles).
It’s about addressing what’s happening underneath the thoughts and behaviors with food. Sometimes that involves being a little more strategic with nutrition, but it mostly involves helping you work towards building enough trust with yourself so that food no longer requires constant control. We have to address what’s happening in your head in order to do that.

Ready to stop living a double life with food?
Free. No obligations. Just clarity.
✅ This is for you if you:
- Feel like thoughts of food (and your body) take up 95% of your brain
- Are mentally negotiating, tracking, or second-guessing food all day, even when you’re “doing well”
- Go through cycles of following the plan, only to lose control and beat yourself up for it.
- You may also experience out-of-control eating, urges to emotionally overeat, or struggle with binge eating.
- Tried intuitive eating and felt like it made things worse
- Want to feel freedom from the war you’re in with food and your body
🙅🏻♀️ This is NOT for you if you:
- Think about food a standard amount (e.g. planning what to make for dinner or needing to consider a food allergy)
- Aren’t serious about getting brain space back for what matters most in your life
- Just started a GLP-1 (see FAQs for more on that)
- Need supervision or support for a restrictive eating disorder OR are actively purging (women struggling with binge eating / BED – you’re good to join this masterclass!)
Is the masterclass really free?
Gross, why would I lie about that!? Yes. Free entry, free access to the replay, and no obligations to commit to anything paid. And, you’re welcome to unsubscribe from my email list anytime.
Can this help if I binge eat (or if I don't)?
Absolutely.
My team and I are very experienced with helping women who binge eat (80% of those who work with us never binge eat again within 4 months), so you’ll find this masterclass extremely valuable if you fall into the camp of struggling with bingeing.
And if you don’t binge eat? Doesn’t matter. This masterclass will help you get your brain back from constant thoughts of food, whether you binge eat or not.
Is this for me if I'm on a GLP-1?
Not if you just started one, or have been on one for a while and are doing great.
But if you are and are still struggling with food noise or emotional eating, or binge eating even while on a GLP-1, then yes!
Why do I think about food all the time, even right after I've eaten?
Food noise comes from what I call the “Three P’s”. I’ll be covering this in great detail inside the masterclass!
Is food noise the same as binge eating?
No. Food noise is constant thoughts about food. However, out-of-control eating is absolutely one way it can escalate. Plenty of women live with loud food noise and have never binged a day in their lives. But, they’ve also never had a quiet meal either.
Whether you experience true, clinical binge eating (we work with BED all the time), or you’re somewhere else on the overeating map, this training addresses the noise and cycles with food themselves, regardless of specific quantity consumed.
Will I ever think about food like a "normal" person?
Yes!! A normal relationship with food means food crosses your mind when you’re hungry or when something smells amazing, and then the thought leaves… the same way a thought about anything else would. You enjoy sweets from time to time, but you have a “normal” portion and don’t feel the need to have more. Your brain can learn this, and this masterclas will show you where that rewiring starts.
Does food noise come back after stopping a GLP-1?
Yes, and sometimes louder because the medication muted the noise without changing any deeper layers of how you fundamentally think about and approach food. That’s why the skills in this masterclass matter!
How do I quiet food noise without Ozempic?
By addressing what’s generating it. I’ll cover the “Three P’s” of what generates food noise in this masterclass, and how to properly address them.
GLP-1s target gastric rates of emptying and neurological reward centers, but they don’t change the way you think about food or how you cope with emotions. Regular, satisfying meals and rewiring how your brain thinks about food are invaluable, whether you’re on a GLP-1 or not. I’ve written a full breakdown in How to Quiet Food Noise Naturally (Without Ozempic), and this free masterclass is the best place to start.
Why can’t you stop thinking about food?
There are a variety of reasons why you could be thinking about food. Sometimes, it’s genuine hunger. Other times, it’s habit (think: you always get popcorn when you go to the movie theater). Or, food may be an emotional outlet for you, creating a pull towards it. These are just a handful of examples; there are truly many reasons we can become obsessed with food. I’ve boiled the reasons down into three buckets, which I’m calling the “three P’s”.
We will be covering the three P’s of where food noise comes from in this masterclass, in addition to outlining a plan for you to remedy your relationship with food/body so you can get your brain back from these persistent food thoughts (for good).
What is “food noise?”
Food noise (technically known as food cue reactivity or food preoccupation) is the constant mental chatter about food: what you’ll eat next, what you already ate, what you should’ve eaten instead, etc. Some food thoughts are completely normal, but food noise runs all day, even when you’re not hungry. It’s exhausting in a way that’s hard to explain to someone who hasn’t experienced it.
The term took off when people on GLP-1 medications described the sudden silence and wondered if that’s how everyone else’s brain had worked all along. While GLP-1s are powerful medications, you might not want to be on one for whatever reason. Good news though: You can get to where food has a normal place in your life with or without a prescription. How? By addressing what’s generating the noise in the first place, which is exactly what this masterclass walks you through. I’m diving into 4 reasons why this noise occurs, and how to fix it (been on a GLP-1 for a while but still emotionally eating? This will help, too!).
You already know how much of your life is being lost to the constant thinking about food.
Don’t waste anymore time being present for what’s right in front of you.
The plans with friends you cancel, the dates you avoid, the family you have put off growing, and the conversations you were barely present for are all moments you can’t get back. If nothing ever changes, it’s easy to lose another year (or decade) to food stress, secretly struggling, and starting over.
You don’t need to fix everything today. You just need to take the first step.
(you’ll thank yourself later for doing this instead of doom scrolling)
